We will respond to your request within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

If you have an extended warranty with Domestic and General, please provide your policy number when booking your service call.

If your extended warranty if not with Domestic and General, please contact your insurance provider to book your service call.

ASKO's service rates for metropolitan areas are as follows:
  • Service call fee (including 15 minutes labour)XX including GST
  • Labour fee (per 15 minutes thereafter) XX including GST

All installations are to existing plumbing and electrical connections only.
Payment is required on completion of the service job (accepted methods of payment: Credit Card/Cash/Cheque)

Charges include:
  • Service by ASKO trained technicians
  • 2 hour time frame provided the night before the service
  • Prompt and efficient servicing of your appliance
