The Boost function runs the fan at its maximum speed for two minutes, getting rid of temporary excessive fume. After the boost period, the fan returns to the previous speed.

With the simple but useful timer function, you make sure to get rid of the last cooking fumes after the cooking is done. Once you have activated the timer function, the hood runs at the lowest speed between 10-15 minutes, depending on the model.
